As I’m sure you probably noticed, I’ve been posting a lot less. August was sort of my trial month to see how I liked life with less spoonful of sass. Shockingly, I’ve been blogging in some way shape or form for nearly two years! It started with “Eat, Play, Sauté” on blog spot, moved to “Spoonful of Sass” on wordpress and then to a more official home where the blog exists now.
It’s been fun, challenging, rewarding, and a lot of work. Recently things have just been crazy busy and something had to give. Thank goodness I had something that I could let go, so life could be somewhat simplified. At first I felt guilty that I had set out to blog and I wasn’t. Then I remembered that you guys would notice if I posted often, but posted crap; I let go of the guilt and enjoyed the break.
I’m still working on finding the right amount of posting for me. I can tell you it’s certainly not daily, but I do hope it’s a couple of times a week. It’s also likely that it will be about more than food cause my life is more than food. And I can guarantee it will be a journey and not a destination.
To kick start Spoonful of Sass entering a new phase, I’ve updated my about page. Of course it’s still in list format (some things never change), but it’s a lot more personal and dare I say, accurate? It certainly represents what I do and will blog. So hop on over and take a peek.
