Don’t fix it!
Same idea. Different mix. Equally effective.
This week the three hour pre-kickboxing meal was egg salad on salad, with red peppers, Catalina, and whole wheat pita.
One hour prior I was still feeling super full and I was getting worried.
But when it came time for class, dinner was adequately digested and I was perfectly fueled.
Then, at the beginning of class I found out that for the summer the class was moving to an hour and a half earlier!
Ugh! I guess I’ll have to re-think dinner!
