Social distancing cocktails

One thing with all this Covid stuff, I truly miss a good happy hour. So last week had lunch with a good friend and my daughter on the patio, this was the drink of choice I brought. Gin is always a summer time drink and versatility is endless.

I call this Jazzy Gin Tonic

1 section peeled grapefruit

splash rose water

2 count pour gin

pink tonic water

Put grapefruit in bottom of a tumbler glass, give it a good muddle. Put your ice in and then your gin. Fill the rest of the glass with the pink tonic and finish with a splash of rose water.
