So as I have been working on dry January, which I admit, I had a drink on Sunday, I was upset at myself, decided overall I’m doing well. With that said, I thought this month was a great time to learn a different cooking style, it’s a little hard to be buzzed and wrap one’s brain around info. So I have been working my way through a Mediterranean cook book, I have been following the recipes to exact ingredients and measurements, a hard thing for me to do. Once I have learned all the principles I will be putting my own twist on things.
I do have to say, I have done dry months before and pretty much dreaded it, this time because I made a goal to learn something new during my witching hours, it’s not so bad. Until another day 🥂
