Gots Onions

Half way through the onion harvest, it’s always exciting to have a bounty!! I will be dehydrating and freezing these. I also see pickled onions and onion jam on the horizon.

When harvesting the onions, I stumbled across more volunteer potatoes, and this one is just baffling who knew potatoes could grow like that!
